Children under age 5 will be waived of room charges. If an additional bed needs to be set up, there will be a $30 surcharge per night.

Guest check in time is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, check out is 11 am .Please call us if you need to make special arrangements. Please let us know your anticipated arrival time.

Please note: Cooking in your cottage is not permitted by law. You may reheat leftovers or prepare pre-cooked meals in your microwave.

Payment and Cancellations:

Currently, we accept cash, traveler's check, VISA, Master Card, DISCOVER, and JCB.

We require 100% of the anticipated room charge to hold your reservation.

All room rates are based on two guests staying, per night.

There is a $30 surcharge for each additional guest over and above double occupancy.

There is no surcharge for single night stay.

SEASONAL DISCOUNTS MAY APPLY ON BASE ROOM RATES.

If you must cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned minus a 15% processing fee if it is greater than 30 days from your original arrival date. Less than 30 days notice to cancel, but greater than 15 days , 50% of your deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date, your full payment will be forfeited. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted for reservations for Merrie Monarch Festival and the Kilauea Wilderness Run.

In Hawaii , transient accommodations are subject to a total tax of 12.43% consisting of TAT(Transient accommodation tax) of 8.25% plus GET(General Excise Tax) of 4.17%.
