Guest check in time is from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm , check out is 11 am .Please call us if you need to make special arrangements. Please let us know your anticipated arrival time.

Please note: Cooking in your cottage is not permitted by law. You may reheat leftovers or prepare pre cooked meals in your microwave.

Payment and Cancellations:

Currently, we accept cash, traveler 's check, VISA, Master Card, JCB, Discover, and Diner's Club.
We require 100% of the anticipated room charge to hold your reservation.

All room rates are based on two adults staying for minimum two nights.

There is a $30 surcharge for each additional guest.

There is a $30 surcharge for single night stay.

If you must cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned minus a 15% processing fee if it is greater than 30 days from your original arrival date. Less than 30 days notice to cancel, but greater than 15 days , 50% of your deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date, your full payment will be forfeited. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted for reservations for Merrie Monarch Festival and the Kilauea Wilderness Run.

In Hawaii , transient accommodations are subject to a total tax of 11.41% consisting of TAT(Transient accommodation tax) of 7.25% plus GET(General Excise Tax) of 4.16%.
